While travelling around the Pacific you will end up in Fiji sometime. Most flight go in and out of Nadi, Fiji while a few leave from Suva. Basically Fiji is a big hub in the Pacific, connecting large part of the small island nations with each other.
Last time i was in Fiji was back in 2008 while flying from Japan to Los Angeles, then me and my girlfriend spent 10 days in Nadi and cruising along the Yasawa group visiting a few islands.This time i only had a few days, so doing a big excursion from Nadi was out of the question. I tried to find tours going to Castaway island, where (the Hollywood Movie was shot), but it diddent match my days. Ended up staying a day in Nadi and went for a large daytour with a private car to the capital Suva the day after.
